At ZIVRAA we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges and refunds under the terms below. This policy is designed to be fair to both customers and the brand while protecting product quality and minimizing abuse.

What is eligible for return, exchange or refund

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice .
  • Eligible: ready-to-wear garments, accessories and stock items listed on the website unless explicitly marked otherwise.
  • Not eligible: made-to-order / custom / tailored items, personalized products, and any product clearly marked "Final Sale / Non-returnable" at the time of purchase (except where there is a manufacturing defect).

Timeframes

  • Return / Exchange request window : Submit your request **within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipment: Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back (or schedule pickup) within 7 days as instructed by ZIVRAA.

How to initiate a return or exchange

1. Contact ZIVRAA customer support:

2. In your message include: order number, item name/SKU, reason for return, and preferred resolution (exchange / refund / store credit).

3. For damaged/defective/incorrect items we will request photos showing the issue before approving the return.

4. After approval, follow the return instructions we provide (pickup or ship to 4041 to 4046, Shree Kuberji Textile World, Opposite bharat cancer hospital, Saroli,Surat-395010).Always use a trackable courier.

Inspection, approval & processing

  • All returned items undergo a quality check. Items that fail inspection (signs of wear, stains, missing tags, smell, altered) will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
  • Once an item passes inspection, we will process your requested resolution within 5 business days.

Refunds, exchanges & store credit

  • Exchange: If the requested size/color is available, we will exchange the item at no additional product cost (customer pays shipping for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated).
  • Store Credit**: If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we may issue store credit valid for 6 months from issuance.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For online payments, refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days depending on the bank/payment provider. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within **3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping costs & who pays

  • If ZIVRAA is at fault (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or transit damage): ZIVRAA will bear the return shipping cost and arrange pick up where feasible.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect fit): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked courier and keeping proof of dispatch until refund/exchange is complete.

Saleitems & promotions

Items purchased during limited-time sales or with promotional discounts are: returnable for exchanges and store credit. (You may choose to modify this to "non-returnable" for deep clearance sales.)

Defectiveor incorrect items

Report any defect or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. For damaged/incorrect shipments, we will prioritize remediation (replacement / refund) and cover return shipping.

International orders

Customs, duties and import taxes are non‑refundable. If you return an international order, you may be responsible for the return shipping and any customs formalities unless ZIVRAA shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

Non‑returnable items (summary)

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
  • Undergarments, hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
  • Items returned without tags, original packaging or invoice.

Fraud & abuse prevention

ZIVRAA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if fraudulent activity or return abuse is suspected. Repeated misuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future returns.
