Introduction
At ZIVRAA, we aim to deliver a
smooth and transparent shopping experience. Cancellation Policy outlines how orders are processed, when they can be cancelled, and what customers can expect at every stage.
Order Cancellation Policy
3.1 When You Can Cancel
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.
This allows customers flexibility without any penalty.
3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, customers may:
- Refuse the delivery at the doorstep, OR
- Accept the package and request a return as per ZIVRAA’s Return Policy
In both cases, the order will be processed as a Return to Origin (RTO) or “standard return.”
3.3 How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order before dispatch:
- Contact our support team via email or phone
- Provide your order number
- Mention that you wish to cancel the order
Our team will check if the order is still eligible for cancellation and confirm with you.
3.4 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If cancellation is successful, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. Refund initiation time: 24–48 hours.
- COD Orders: No refund is needed. Cancellation simply voids the order.
Refund arrival time may vary depending on your bank/payment partner (usually 3 7 business days).
3.5 Cancellation of Custom / Made-to-Order Items
For custom-stitched, personalized, or made-to-order products:
- Cancellation may not be allowed once production has started, OR
- A partial cancellation fee may apply (material and labour already invested)
Details will be clearly mentioned on relevant product pages.
3.6 Automatic Cancellations
ZIVRAA may automatically cancel an order under the following situations:
- Payment not received (for prepaid orders)
- COD order could not be verified
- Product went out of stock
- Shipping address is incorrect/unserviceable
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Customers will be informed promptly and refunded where applicable.
3.7 Cancellation Due to Customer Unavailability
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times but the customer is unavailable:
- The order returns to ZIVRAA
- It is marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed after deducting forward + return shipping costs (if applicable)
- COD orders are cancelled automatically
Important Notes
- Once cancelled, an order cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.
- Cancellation terms may differ during special sales, limited-edition launches, or festival campaigns.
- To avoid misuse, frequent cancellations or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.
