  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

2.3 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days based on location.
  • Remote or high-demand areas may take longer.

2.4 Prepaid & COD Orders

  • We accept both online prepaid payments and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) where available.
  • COD orders may undergo additional verification for safety and fraud prevention.

2.5 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before order completion.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.

2.6 Order Verification & Security

ZIVRAA reserves the right to:

  • Verify customer identity or address if required
  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
  • Contact customers for confirmation on COD orders
